Annealing Temperature Of Stainless Steel Stamping Elbow Fittings Will Affect The Factors
The forming of alloy stamping elbows needs to be carried out according to the process and strictly abide by the corresponding process, otherwise the produced alloy stamping elbows will have quality problems. The annealing temperature of Stainless Steel Weld Elbow affects the brightness of the product:
1. The sealing of the furnace body. The bright annealing furnace should be closed and isolated from the outside air; when hydrogen is used as the protective gas, only one exhaust port is open (used to ignite the discharged hydrogen). The inspection method is to apply soapy water to the joints and gaps of the annealing furnace to see if there is any gas leakage; the places where gas leakage is more likely to occur are the places where the annealing furnace enters and exits the pipe. The sealing rings in these places are particularly easy to wear and tear, so they should be checked and replaced frequently.
2. Whether the annealing temperature reaches the specified temperature. The heat treatment of stainless steel pipe fittings is generally solution heat treatment, which is what people usually call "annealing". The temperature range is 1040~1120 degrees (Japanese standard). You can also observe through the annealing furnace observation hole. The stainless steel pipe fittings in the annealing area should be incandescent, but there is no softening and hanging.
3. The water vapor in the furnace is to check whether the furnace body material is dry. The furnace body material needs to be dried for the first time. Secondly, whether there is too much water stain on the stainless steel pipe entering the furnace, especially if there are holes on the pipe, do not let water leak in, otherwise the furnace atmosphere will be completely destroyed. Generally, if it is normal, the stainless steel pipe that should be annealed about 20 meters after the furnace is opened will begin to shine, the kind that is bright and reflective. The most important thing to note is the knowledge we mentioned above. I hope everyone can pay attention to it during production.
4. The annealing atmosphere generally uses hydrogen as the annealing atmosphere. If the other part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the degree can be lower, but it should not contain too much oxygen and water vapor.
5. In order to prevent micro-leakage, the protective gas in the furnace should maintain a corresponding positive pressure. If it is hydrogen protective gas, it is generally required to be above 20kBar.
It can be seen that the brightness of the product after annealing of the stainless steel stamping elbow determines the quality of the product. During installation, the stainless steel stamping elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method and installed according to the location of use. Under normal circumstances, it can be installed at any position of the pipeline, but it needs to be easy to operate the inspection. Note that the flow direction of the stainless steel stamping elbow medium should be upward from the bottom of the longitudinal valve disc, and the stainless steel stamping elbow can only be installed horizontally.
