Cast steel pipe fittings: The design thickness of cast steel pipes is large and heavy, and its weldability is poor and the carbon content is high, so the welds need to be heat treated on site.
Rubber pipe fittings: Mainly used for industrial, mining, and civil transportation and suction of liquids and gases, including rubber hoses, rubber sealing pads, rubber grouting pipes, etc.
Cast iron pipe fittings: Pipes cast by cast iron, including water supply cast iron pipes, sand mold centrifugal cast iron straight pipes, drainage cast iron pipes, etc. Stainless steel pipe fittings: including Stainless Steel Weld Elbow, stainless steel tees, stainless steel crosses, stainless steel reducers, stainless steel pipe caps, etc.
Plastic pipe fittings: Made of synthetic resin as raw material, stabilizers, lubricants, and plasticizers, and then extruded. Mainly used as water supply system piping, drainage, exhaust and sewage sanitary pipes, rainwater pipes, wire threading pipes, etc.
PVC pipe fittings: Made of polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizers, lubricants, etc., and extruded by hot pressing, can be divided into PVC-U pipes, PVC-M pipes, and PVC-O pipes.
Graphite pipe fittings: refers to the combination of impermeable graphite tubes and pipe fittings, which are mainly used to transport corrosive media without metal ion pollution and have good thermal conductivity.
Forged steel pipe fittings: parts made by forging. Forging is forged by impact force, including forged steel flanges, forged steel reducers, forged steel tees, etc. PPR pipe fittings: including U-shaped pipe clamps, blind valves, equal-diameter tees, flanges, flange iron rings, pipe plugs, etc. PPR key connections are made by hot melting and have high plasticity.
Alloy pipe fittings: made of alloy steel, including alloy tees/crosses, alloy reducers, alloy heads, flanges, etc. PE pipe fittings: can be used for connections between various soft belts, such as PE pipes, UPVC, steel pipes, etc.
ABS pipe fittings: made of resin copolymerized from three monomers of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. It is an engineering plastic with high strength, high impact resistance, high hygiene and high anti-aging.
