Suggestions On Setting Up Manholes For Underground Integrated Communication Pipelines

Date: | Read: 7

At the intersection of railways or roads, Stainless Steel Concentric & Eccentric Reducer should be set at both ends of the pipeline; manholes should be set at the branch, turn and introduction of the pipeline; manholes should be set at the location where there is a sensor box. Manholes should be set at the turning point of the road slope, beside the crosswalk between the central gardens of the street, at the turning point of the street, on the sidewalk, where the house foundation is recessed, and near the lead-in pole or the introduction point of the communication line. Manholes should not be set at the door of important buildings (such as garages, fire stations, etc.), traffic arteries, near unstable buildings, close to fire hydrants or wells, where equipment is stored, and where other underground pipelines pass. Generally speaking, a straight manhole is set in the middle of a straight communication pipeline; when there is a communication pipeline branching in another direction on the straight communication pipeline, a three-way manhole is set at the branching point; a four-way manhole is set at the intersection of two vertical and horizontal communication pipelines; an oblique manhole is set at the inflection point of the arc and curved pipeline. There are 5 types of oblique manholes: 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 75°. The angle of each oblique manhole can be applied within the range of ±7.5°; a front manhole should be set at the exit of the telephone exchange. Since the exit pipeline of the newly built communication building has been replaced by a cable channel, it is no longer necessary to set a front manhole, so there is no front manhole in the manhole type. When the communication pipeline is used to lead out of the communication building, the above-mentioned suitable manhole type can be selected as the front manhole.
